Free Study Breakfast
Thursday 23rd October, from 11.30am in the Co-Lab Space
Exam season is upon us and you need to feed that tired brain yours, so breakfast is on us this Thursday! Find us in the Co-Lab Space (Block 9, Level C) to grab your free morning kai. We'll be providing pancakes, waffles, cereal, and more (GF options available).

Special General Meeting
Special General Meeting on Wednesday 15th of October at 1pm
Make sure you come along, as we'll be presenting and voting to adopt our new model for student representation.

The SGM will be held in the Student Lounges on all campuses, as well as online via Microsoft Teams.

Labyrinth Student Ball
Saturday 27th September, The Great Hall
After 3 years University Ball Season is officially back, and with the best theme ever! If you haven’t seen the Labyrinth, you’re missing out. Think ethereal forest, sparkles, dark fantasy, big hair, and a little bit of 80s absurdity.
This is your chance to get dressed up with your friends, get some pics, have a boogie and make some memories.
You can expect DJs, free food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for purchase, and the team from Red Frog helping us to keep the space safe and enjoyable for all. We’ll have yummy food platters, and one free drink included with your ticket!
This event is R-18 and is for Massey students, but graduates and non-Massey students are also welcome to attend and can purchase our "Public" tickets.
This event will be held at The Great Hall, Massey University Wellington. Doors open at 7pm.

Meat & Greet with your Postgrad Rep, Kevin, and campus Vice-President, Takunda!
Pop down for a free sausage sizzle and a chance to chat with your Student Reps. We'll have vegan and gluten free options available, and will be giving away a bunch of discount vouchers for Tussock Cafe so you can enjoy a cheap bevvy with your hotdog!
Post-Study Work Visa Workshop

We are hosting an online workshop for both international students & recent graduates who are interested in understanding the Post-Study Work Visa application process. In this workshop, we aim to:
- Provide up-to-date and practical information about student visa conditions.
- Educate students on the Post-Study Work Visa application process.
- Clarify common misunderstandings and answer student-specific visa queries.
- Connect students with reliable resources and support networks.
We will be joined by guest speakers from the Massey International Student Support Advisor & Visa Team, and Alex Zhang (Licensed Immigration Advisor, Chance Immigration). Plus, all Massey student attendees will go in the draw to win one of 10 $20 gift cards!

Labyrinth Movie Night
Thursday 11 September, 6pm in 10A02 (Block 10 Cinema, Massey)
To celebrate the upcoming Labyrinth Student Ball, Te Tira Ahu Pae and Massey Halls Wellington are teaming up to bring you a second movie night showing of 'Labyrinth'!
Come along to watch the 80s cult classic and get some inspo for the upcoming Labyrinth themed Ball! We'll have free popcorn, cotton candy and other snacks available.

Student Forum: Representation Restructure

Have your say on what student representation at Te Tira Ahu Pae should look like!
We're in the process of reviewing Te Tira Ahu Pae's representation structure, and we'd like to hear from you, the students we represent! We'll be taking you through the proposed change options, hosting a Q&A session and explaining our consultation process so that you can share your feedback. This is a chance for students to help shape a new model that better reflects your needs and voices, so we encourage everyone to take part!

Movie Night: Labyrinth
Friday 18th July, 6.30pm at the 10A02 (Block 10 Cinema)
Join us on campus for a free showing of the cult classic film, starring the legendary David Bowie: Labyrinth! All students welcome, with popcorn, snacks & a themed candy bar provided.

From academic, cultural and social clubs to sports clubs, there’s something for everyone! The Te Tira Ahu Pae team will be on-site serving up free hot dogs.
Market Evening
Tuesday 15th July, 3pm – 7:30pm at the Pyramid
Pop down to our huge Market Evening to check out an amazing line up of stalls run by students, artists, craftspeople and local community groups! We’ll have food trucks on-site offering a range of food at discounted prices for students*, and 30+ stalls with amazing arts and crafts for sale.
*Find us at our Te Tira Ahu Pae stall, where we’ll be handing out over 200 vouchers for Massey students to get $10 off all participating food trucks (first come, first served and proof of enrollment required)
Crafts & Cakes
Monday 14th July in the Pyramid. First session 11am – 1pm, second session 2pm - 4pm
We’re back with our popular crafting sessions! We’ll be hosting one morning and one afternoon session, with free cake and treats at both.
Session One: In the morning come along to use our selection of beads and gems to make keychains, phone straps and bracelets!
Session Two: Pop by later in the afternoon to decorate your own tin trinket container to take home. We’ll have heaps of cute collage materials and stickers on-hand.
