Join us for a relaxing session designed to help you connect with your mind, body, and the environment.

We will start with some smaller mindfulness techniques you can use in everyday life and move to a longer guided meditation at the end.

No preparation or equipment needed, just find yourself a comfortable spot (sitting or lying) to relax while we go through our session.
