Evening Yoga

Monday 26 February, 7.30pm, Online via Zoom

Join Amanda, Director of SomaPsych, for a one-hour accessible yoga session.
No previous experience or fancy equipment is required and every body is welcome.

This practice focuses on meeting you exactly where you're at while cultivating inner connection, regulating and supporting your nervous system, and creating space and movement in your body. This can be practiced on a mat, the floor, a chair, or even a bed!
