Craft Morning: Polymer Clay

Wednesday 28 February, 10am, Online via Zoom

Welcome to our third craft event for O-week. Todays is probably the most flexible in that we aren't all going to be making the same project. You will only be bound by your materials and your imagination/ creativity.

The supplies need are simple you'll want about 80g (or more) or polymer clay. Do make sure you have polymer clay or at least airdry clay if that's what you can find so your projects harden. Modelling clay or plasticine won't harden but could be used just to join in, your projects just won't last.

No specific colours are needed its completely up to you and your imagination. You can use any brand you like or can access; I personally prefer Sculpey (either premo, III, or souffle) because they are a bit softer than some other brands and a bit easier on the hands.

You will need access to an oven to set your projects, unless using an alternative clay type. other items you will want handy include typical household items like a knife, spoon, and anything you find around the house to add a texture to your items if desired.

Remember if you have a preregistration ticket your materials will be sent to you.
