General Role Description
Provide additional support to ensure all attendees can fully participate in the event. This may include guiding guests, assisting with seating, supporting individuals with mobility needs, or helping communicate accessibility information.

Time Required:
2–4 hour shifts depending on event length. Brief training or orientation may be required in advance.
