Hi! 

As an international postgraduate student majoring in Human Resource Management at Massey Albany Campus, I am eager to serve as an international student representative. Previously, I worked as Class Representative for my HR cohort, responsible for collecting classmates’ academic concerns about coursework, Turnitin submission issues and assignment requirements, and communicating these needs with teaching staff promptly.

With cross-cultural living experience and fluent bilingual ability in English and Mandarin, I fully understand the unique challenges faced by overseas students, including adapting to local study rules, accessing campus resources and building social connections. If elected, I will act as a reliable bridge between international students, the student union and the university. I plan to regularly gather feedback on study pressure, part-time job opportunities and campus life demands, deliver clear feedback to the school, and organize small social activities to help international students integrate into campus life smoothly. I am patient, responsible and committed to safeguarding every international student’s legitimate rights and interests during my term.
