Kia ora!
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources and Employment Relations, with a minor in Business Law. I serve as President of both the MUA Fuel&Flex Student Fitness Club and the MUA Gardening Club, manage finances for the MUA Golf Club, and am currently working with Māori students to establish a Waka Ama club for the 2027 cohort. I also bring real-world leadership experience from the construction industry, where I worked as a team lead responsible for planning, coordinating workflows, managing people, and ensuring projects were delivered safely and efficiently.
Alongside this, my role as a People & amp; Culture intern has strengthened my communication, recruitment, and student support skills. I’m standing for Student Representative to ensure student voices are visible, valued, and actively shaping our environment. I aim to improve transparency, strengthen support for student groups, and advocate for fair, accessible wellbeing across all cohorts.
